  • Beds, baths, square footage, year built, lot size
  • Property valuation (AVM)
  • Mortgage balance, equity percentage
  • Owner information and sale history


You can then add recent comparable sales near the property to build your investor comp analysis. This gives you a better estimate of its After Repair Value (ARV).

This data flows into your ARV calculator, repair estimator, and offer calculator so you can go from "I just got a lead" to "here's my offer" in minutes.
