We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to delivering and improving SiteStakes.

4. Data You Collect Through Your SiteStakes Website
As a SiteStakes customer, you use our platform to build websites that collect information from your own visitors and leads — such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, and other details submitted through your forms.
You are the data controller for information collected through your website. SiteStakes acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for your own privacy policy on your website and for ensuring your data collection practices comply with applicable laws. SiteStakes provides a default privacy policy page on every tenant website, but you should review and customize it for your business and jurisdiction.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how you use our platform, and improve our Service.
Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function (authentication, session management).
Analytics cookies: Help us understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We use server-side analytics on the SiteStakes marketing site.
Tracking pixels: We may use tracking pixels from advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta) on our marketing site to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These pixels do not track activity within your SiteStakes dashboard or on your tenant websites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the platform.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for account reactivation, after which it is deleted. Lead data and content you create through the platform (property listings, blog posts, form submissions) are stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records at any time from your dashboard.

If you use SiteStakes SMS features, you consent to receiving text messages related to your account and leads. Standard messaging rates may apply. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services.

For significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website.
