Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your SiteStakes subscription at any time from your account settings. No phone calls, no emails, no hoops to jump through — just click cancel.

When you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your website, CRM, leads, and all features until that date. Once the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and your account will be deactivated.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident about choosing SiteStakes. If you're not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

To request your refund, simply reach out through our contact page within 30 days of your first payment. We'll process your refund promptly.

The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase only. It does not apply to renewal payments.

Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period, all fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but no partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Exceptions: If you believe you have a special circumstance — such as being charged after you thought you had cancelled, or experiencing a technical issue that prevented you from using the service — please reach out through our contact page. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you'd like to keep using SiteStakes but switch to a lower-priced plan, you can downgrade at any time from your account settings. The new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies and you will receive a full refund.

After 30 days, you may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your annual billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months on annual plans.

Account Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, we retain your account data (website content, leads, property listings, settings) for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

If you need your data exported before cancellation, you can do so from your dashboard or contact us through our contact page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
