Do You Know Exactly Where Every Lead Comes From?

Without knowing where your leads come from, you spend your marketing efforts on the wrong channels. Campaign Link Tracking is your real estate campaign tracking system — it tags every channel, tracks every click, and shows the lead source attribution right inside your CRM.

Tag Your Links Track Every Click See Which Marketing Works

What Is SiteStakes Campaign Link Tracking?

SiteStakes Campaign Link Tracking is a built-in UTM link builder for real estate and real estate marketing attribution system. You create tagged links for every marketing channel — Google Ads, Facebook, direct mail, email campaigns, postcards — and the system tracks which channels generate leads. Every form submission captures UTM parameters and click ID capture data (gclid, fbclid, ttclid, msclid, li_fat_id) automatically. The lead source attribution appears directly inside your CRM — campaign tracking CRM integration with no Google Analytics required. No guessing which marketing works.

How Link Tracking Works

You're running three marketing channels. Google Ads at $500/month. Facebook Ads at $300/month. Direct mail at $200/month. You're getting leads — 15 last month. Good. But here's the question you can't answer: which channel brought them?

You check Google Analytics. The data is there, somewhere, in a maze of sessions and attribution models and bounce rates. You can see traffic. You can't see names. You definitely can't see which lead from which channel filled out which form and is now sitting in your CRM.

So you keep spending $1,000/month across three channels with no idea which one is actually working. One channel might be generating 12 of your 15 leads. The other two might be burning cash. You'd never know.

Real estate campaign tracking solves this. You create a tagged link for each channel. When a seller clicks it and fills out your form, the source is captured — permanently attached to that lead.

Open the CRM, click on a lead, and see: "Google Ads · spring-sellers campaign · landed on /sell-my-house." Now you know which $50 brought that lead. Now you know where to spend more — and where to stop.

That's how you lower your cost per lead.

How Does Real Estate Campaign Tracking Work?

🔗

UTM Link Builder with Presets

Create tagged links in seconds with UTM parameters. Pick from presets — Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Email, Direct Mail — or build custom source medium campaign fields. Every link is ready to copy or share.

📱

QR Code Lead Tracking

Every campaign link gets a QR code instantly — generated as inline SVG, no external service. Download it as PNG for postcards, flyers, door hangers, and yard signs. Offline marketing tracking that connects print materials to digital leads.

📊

Live Attribution in Your CRM

Open any lead and see where they came from — source badge, campaign name, landing page, and every click ID captured. Google's gclid. Facebook's fbclid. TikTok's ttclid. Microsoft's msclid. LinkedIn's li_fat_id. Lead source attribution stored automatically.

🔍

Source Attribution Dashboard

See lead counts by channel at a glance — Google: 14, Facebook: 8, Direct Mail: 3, Email: 5. Each campaign link shows its own lead count and click count. Measure your marketing ROI by channel and campaign.

🔗

Short Links with Custom Codes

Every campaign link gets a clean short link redirect — yourdomain.com/go/spring-sale — with an editable code. Works on your custom domain and the platform domain. Perfect for print materials.

WITHOUT CAMPAIGN TRACKING

You spend $1,000/month on three marketing channels. You get 15 leads. You have no idea which channel produced which lead. You check Google Analytics — you see sessions, not names. You can't connect a lead in your CRM to the ad that brought them. So you keep spending equally on all three channels. Two might be wasting money. You'd never know.

⬇️
WITH CAMPAIGN TRACKING

Same three channels. Same $1,000/month. But every link is tagged. When Maria fills out your cash offer form, you open her lead card and see: "Google Ads · spring-sellers · /sell-my-house · gclid:abc123." You check your dashboard — Google Ads brought 12 of 15 leads. Facebook brought 2. Direct mail brought 1. You move $200 from direct mail to Google Ads next month. Your cost per lead drops from $67 to $42. Same budget. More leads. Because you stopped guessing. That's real estate marketing attribution in action.

What Happens When a Lead Submits Your Form?

1

Create a campaign link

Pick a source preset (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) or build custom UTM parameters. Name your campaign. The system generates a full UTM-tagged URL and a clean short link redirect with an editable code.
2

Use the link in your marketing

Paste the UTM URL in your Google Ads destination field. Put the short link on a postcard. Add the QR code to a flyer. Drop the link in an email campaign. Any channel, any format — including offline marketing tracking with QR codes.
3

Leads come in with attribution attached

When a visitor clicks your tagged link and submits a form, the UTM parameters and click IDs are captured automatically — stored directly on the lead record. No JavaScript tag. No Google Analytics dependency. Campaign tracking CRM integration that just works.
4

See exactly what's working

Open the CRM — every lead shows its source. Check the campaign dashboard — see lead counts by channel and campaign. Export to CSV for reporting. Stop spending on channels that don't produce. Double down on the ones that do. Improve your marketing ROI with every decision.

Campaign Link Tracking — Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Google Analytics for this to work?+
No. Real estate campaign tracking works entirely inside SiteStakes. UTM parameters and click IDs are captured by your forms and stored on the lead record in your CRM. Google Analytics is not required — although both systems can work side by side if you use GA as well.
What gets captured when a lead submits a form?+
Six UTM fields (source medium campaign, term, content, landing page) plus six click ID capture types (gclid from Google, fbclid from Facebook, ttclid from TikTok, msclid from Microsoft, li_fat_id from LinkedIn, and any custom parameters). All stored directly on the lead.
Do short links work on my custom domain?+
Yes. If you've configured a custom domain, your short link redirect automatically uses it — yourdomain.com/go/spring-sale. If you haven't set up a custom domain yet, the platform domain is used.
Can I use this for offline marketing?+
Yes — that's what QR code lead tracking is for. Generate a QR code for any campaign link, download it as PNG, and put it on postcards, flyers, door hangers, or yard signs. Offline marketing tracking that connects print to digital leads.
Is there a limit on how many links I can create?+
Basic plan: 5 active campaign links. Grow plan: 15. Pro plan: unlimited. Archived links don't count against your limit — helping you lower your cost per lead over time by testing and optimizing.
What does the attribution panel look like in the CRM?+
Open any lead's detail card and you'll see a source badge (e.g., "Google Ads"), the campaign name, the landing page URL, and all captured click IDs. Lead source attribution at a glance — you see exactly how that person found you and which campaign brought them.
