The cards live in the lead detail drawer above the Deal Analysis section. A 🧠 AI pill at the top of the drawer takes you straight to the section. A Refresh button regenerates the insights when something changes — a new form submission, a price update, or a fresh note.

How do you generate insights, emails, and SMS?

Open any lead and click AI Intelligence in the quick actions row. A small modal opens with three buttons:

  • 💡 Lead Insights generates the AI lead insights cards above.
  • ✉️ Draft Email writes a personalized AI email draft as a first response. It opens in your send-email modal so you can edit before sending.
  • 💬 Draft SMS writes a short text message (1 to 2 segments) that opens in the send-SMS modal.

Personalized AI email drafts reference the seller's specific property and timeline — not a generic "Thanks for reaching out about your property" template. Same for SMS.

AI Intelligence uses your site's AI credits. When you run low, the modal shows a Buy credits link to Back office → Settings → AI Credits.

  • Generate insights right before you call. That's when the read on the lead matters most. Generating two weeks later is mostly a wasted credit.
  • Trust the recommended action. "Call today before 11am" isn't padding — it's based on what the AI saw in the form and property data.

Yes. They stay on the lead and display every time you open it, with a timestamp showing when they were last generated.
Can I edit the AI output directly?+
Not the insights themselves. Email and SMS drafts open in their respective compose modals — fully editable before sending.
What if I run out of credits mid-day?+
The AI buttons lock and a Buy credits link appears. Existing insights on leads stay visible; only new generations are blocked.
Does the AI read my lead's personal contact details?+
The AI analyzes form answers, property data, and notes — not personal contact info like phone numbers. Those stay in your CRM.
Are AI emails and SMS GDPR / TCPA compliant?+
The AI only drafts. You send. Compliance depends on the consent you collected at the form — same as any other email or SMS in your CRM.
What if a lead has no property data?+
AI Insights still work using just the form answers. The recommended action and talking points may be lighter without enrichment data, but the analysis runs.
