How Your Real Estate Cash Buyers List Works

How Your Real Estate Cash Buyers List Works

Your cash buyers list is where SiteStakes keeps every cash buyer who wants properties from you. It records what each one is looking for. You can send them matching listings by email or text. SiteStakes tracks who is engaging, so you know which buyers to focus on.

Where you'll find it

Your real estate cash buyers list lives under Properties → Buyers List in the back office. It's available on any site that works with property listings, such as selling, wholesale, agent, rental, land, and apartment sites. Wholesalers use it as a wholesale buyers list to line up cash buyers before a deal closes.

Everything you need to manage your buyers list is on one page. Four numbers summarize it:

  • Total Buyers — everyone on your list.
  • Active (30d) — buyers who engaged in the last 30 days.
  • Hot — your most engaged buyers right now.
  • This Week — how many you added in the last 7 days.

The buttons across the top let you Import a list, send property alerts, Export CSV, or Add Buyer.

How do buyers get on your list?

The main way is through a buyer form on your site. To set one up:

  1. In the Form Builder, create a form from one of the buyer templates — for example, Cash Buyer Signup, Wholesale Buyers List, or Land Buyer Signup. (No buyer form yet? Click + Create Buyer Form.)
  2. On the Properties page, use the Buyers List Form selector to choose that form as your active buyer form.

Choose buyers list

Once it's selected, anyone who submits it is added to your list automatically, with the budget, areas, and other preferences they entered. You can also place the form on your site pages and add Automations — like a drip — to follow up.

You can add buyers two other ways:

  • By hand — click + Add Buyer and enter their details and preferences yourself.
  • From a CSV file — click Import, upload your spreadsheet, and match each column to the right field (name, email, phone, budget, areas, and so on). Email is required, and SiteStakes skips any email already on your list.

How do you find the right buyers?

Use the search box to find a buyer by name, email, phone, or area. You can also narrow the list with three filters:

  • Score — Hot, Warm, or Cold.
  • Financing — cash, hard money, conventional, or private money.
  • Investor type — flipper, landlord, wholesaler, or retail.

Each row shows the buyer's budget, property types, target areas, financing, and whether their email and text alerts are on. Tick several buyers to send them the same listing at once, or use Export CSV to download your whole list.

What's on a buyer's profile?

Click any buyer to open their profile. From there you can:

  • See and edit their contact details.
  • Set their buyer preferences — budget, beds, areas, property types, financing, and proof of funds.
  • Check their lead score, with a breakdown of form points and activity points.
  • Review their form submissions.
  • Send them a property by email.

What do Hot, Warm, and Cold mean?

SiteStakes scores every buyer once a day based on how they engage with you. These actions raise a buyer's score:

  • Clicking a property in one of your alerts.
  • Viewing a listing.
  • Asking for more details on a property.

A buyer who stops engaging slowly cools down. Hot buyers are your most active, and cold buyers have gone quiet. Filter by Hot to spend your time on the buyers most likely to act.
