How to AI Generate Real Estate Blog Posts

Open your back office, go to AI Blog Factory, click + New Blog Post, pick a topic from the library or type your own, and click Generate. AI writes a full SEO-optimized post in 30 seconds — title, body, FAQs, E-E-A-T block. Review and publish.

Every blog post is new content Google can rank you on. Schedule at least 3 blog posts a week and watch as traffic flows in.

What is the AI Blog Factory?

The AI Blog Factory is your real estate content factory. It writes complete blog posts on real estate topics — 800-1,200 words, with SEO-optimized titles, meta descriptions, FAQs, and author credentials.

The factory ships with 800+ enriched topics across all 9 SiteStakes site types (buying, selling, wholesale, rental, land, apartments, agent, notes, mobile). Each topic comes with pre-researched keywords, an SEO-optimized title, and a matched layout.

You can also enter custom topics — the automated blog creation handles either path.

Why post fresh blog content regularly?

Search engines reward sites that publish consistently. Real estate is a competitive niche — fresh content is how you beat the established players.

  1. Higher Google rankings. Google's crawl budget favors active sites. New posts signal a live, maintained business — your existing pages rank better when there's fresh content alongside them.
  2. More search keywords. Each post targets new long-tail keywords. 50 posts = 50 doorways into your site.
  3. Authority in your market. A site with 30 well-written posts beats a site with 3. Sellers, buyers, and agents land on different posts and form the same impression: this person knows the market.
  4. Lead conversions. Blog readers convert at 2-5x the rate of paid traffic because they're already researching. A post answering "should I sell my house as-is" lands a seller mid-decision.
  5. Compound interest. A blog post written today still ranks 3 years from now. Every post is a permanent lead source.
  6. Topical authority. E-E-A-T blocks plus a deep cluster of related posts tell Google you own the topic.
The hard part is writing 30+ posts. That's what the AI Blog Factory solves.

Why generate blog posts with AI?

  1. Save time. A 1,000-word post takes 30 seconds. The same post takes you 3 hours.
  2. Built-in SEO. Every post has the right title length, meta, FAQs, schema, E-E-A-T signals.
  3. Localized. GEO mode mentions your city, state, and metro — locals find you.
  4. Unique content. AI generates fresh text per tenant — no duplicate content penalties.
  5. Authority signals. E-E-A-T blocks pull your photo, credentials, and years in business — Google sees expertise.

That's why we built the tools to generate blog posts real estate investors and agents need — fast, SEO-tight, and local.

How does GEO mode work for blog posts?

GEO mode weaves your city, state, and metro into the post. Off = generic. On = local.

A title might go from:

"How to Sell Your House Fast for Cash"

To:

"How to Sell Your House Fast for Cash in Dallas, TX"

GEO mode is on Grow and Pro plans. It pulls from your Service Area settings — see how to set up your service area first.

What's the E-E-A-T block?

E-E-A-T stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness — Google's quality signals.

Every AI-generated post ends with an E-E-A-T block:

  1. Author name and photo.
  2. Job title and credentials.
  3. Years in business.
  4. A short bio.
  5. A disclosure (required for real estate content).

Set these once in Back Office → Business Info. Every blog inherits them automatically.
