Two levels:

1. Full page — rewrites every section.
2. One section — the ✨ AI Rewrite button rewrites a single field.

You preview before applying. Nothing changes until you click Apply.

Default page text is generic. Rewriting makes it yours.

1. Sound local. Generic copy sounds like a template. Rewriting with GEO mode mentions your city, state, and metro — visitors see a site that knows their market.
2. Match your voice. Pick Professional, Friendly, or Urgent. The same page reads differently to a B2B lender than to a distressed seller.
3. Improve SEO. Fresh, unique text beats duplicate template content in Google. Full-page rewrites also refresh your meta title and description.
4. Save time. Five seconds replaces an hour of copywriting.
5. Test variations. Rewrite, see what works, rewrite again. No commitment until you click Apply.

The AI content rewriter for real estate lives in the AI tab of the Page Builder.

1. Back office → Design → Pages.
2. Click any page.
3. Click the AI tab.

You'll see your credit balance, a tone selector, a GEO mode checkbox, and the 🔄 AI Re-Write Page button.

To regenerate page content with AI:

1. Open the page.
2. Click the AI tab.
3. Pick a tone.
4. Optionally tick GEO mode.
5. Click the AI Re-Write button (🔄 AI Re-Write Page).
6. Confirm.
7. Review the preview.
8. Click Apply to Page, or close to discard.

Credits get charged only when AI returns content. Failed rewrites cost nothing.

A section rewrite costs less than a full-page rewrite.

1. Click the section's Edit icon.
2. Find the field.
3. Click ✨ AI Rewrite next to it.
4. Save.

Use this for a single paragraph or FAQ answer.

The tone selector picks the voice:

1. Professional — polished, formal. For lender or B2B content.
2. Friendly — warm, conversational. For buyer-facing pages.
3. Urgent — action-driving. For cash buyer or time-sensitive pages.

The tone applies to the whole rewrite. Rewrite pages separately for different tones.

GEO mode weaves your city, state, and metro into the rewrite. Off = generic. On = local.

A hero might go from:

"We buy houses fast for cash."

To:

"We buy houses fast for cash in Dallas, TX and across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro."
