How to Analyze Competitor Real Estate Websites in Minutes

OUTRANK EVERY COMPETITOR

Analyze Competitor Real Estate Websites in 60 Seconds

Analyze competitor real estate websites in 60 seconds. Find what competitors rank for, see their SEO score, and apply fixes to your own pages with one click. The Competitor Analyzer reads any rival page and tells you what to copy or improve.

Competitor Analyzer helps you reverse engineer competitor real estate pages best practices and out-rank them using AI.

What is the Competitor Analyzer?

The Competitor Analyzer is the AI competitor page analyzer built into your dashboard. You paste a competitor URL, and the analyzer:

  • scores their on-page SEO
  • lists what they do well
  • flags what they miss
  • suggests fixes for your own pages

It compares one of your pages against theirs so you can see the gap. You learn what keywords they target, what FAQs they answer, and what page structure ranks for the searches you care about. Then it gives you deep links into Page Builder or Blog Editor to fix your own pages instantly.

Why analyze competitor real estate websites?

Most agents and investors guess at SEO. They write what feels right and hope Google ranks it. Smart competitor SEO analysis real estate pros use shuts down the guesswork because you see what is actually ranking right now in your market.

  • See what wins in your market. Open the top-ranking page in your city and read the analysis to learn the format, the angle, and the keywords.
  • Fix the right things. The tool tells you which weakness to fix first based on impact, not a checklist you have to interpret on your own.
  • Skip the SEO course. You don't need to learn what a meta description should look like — the AI shows you the gap and writes the fix.
  • Catch keyword gaps. The analyzer extracts the keywords the competitor targets, and anything they cover that you don't is a real estate website SEO audit finding you can act on.
  • Save hours per page. A manual competitor audit takes 30 minutes per page while this takes 60 seconds.
  • Spot patterns across pages. Run a few analyses and you see the same themes emerge, which becomes your content plan.
  • Track who's ahead. Save scans and watch how rival pages evolve over time as Google's results shift.

Where do you find the Competitor Analyzer?

Log into your dashboard and go to SEO → Competitor Analyzer in the left sidebar. The tool opens to a clean three-step wizard so you can start without setup.

If you can't see SEO in the sidebar, your plan may not include the analyzer — upgrade to unlock it. Basic includes 5 analyses per month, Grow includes 15, and Pro is unlimited.

How do you run a competitor analysis?

The wizard walks you through three steps:

Step 1: Pick a competitor URL. Paste any public page URL into the box. It can be a homepage, a listing page, a city page, or a blog post. The analyzer reads the whole page.

Step 2: Pick one of your pages (optional). Select your matching page from a dropdown. This lets the AI compare yours to theirs and produce fixes specific to your content. You can skip this step and just analyze the competitor on its own.

Step 3: Click Analyze. The tool fetches the competitor page, sends the content to AI, and returns the full report in about 30 seconds. Each analysis costs 2 AI credits.

How to analyze competitor seo

How do you read the analysis results?

The results page has five blocks. Read them top to bottom:

1. Overall SEO score. A circle at the top shows a 0-100 score. Green is strong, yellow is okay, red needs work. This is the competitor's score, not yours, so it tells you the bar you need to clear.

2. Strengths. What the competitor does well. Read this to copy the patterns. If they have a strong H1 with the city name plus the buyer intent, you want one too.

3. Weaknesses. Gaps and problems on the competitor page. These are your openings. If they're missing FAQs and you add them, you may pass them.

4. Actionable suggestions. Each suggestion is a card with the fix, the affected element (title, meta, H1, FAQ, H2), and a button that opens the right tool. Click the button and you land in Page Builder or Blog Editor on the exact page you need to edit.

5. Keywords and sections. Chips showing the keywords the competitor targets and the content sections they use. Click a keyword chip to open Keyword Discovery and start a blog draft on that topic.

How does Fix with AI work?

For title and meta description suggestions, the analyzer shows a sparkle button labeled ✨ Fix with AI next to the suggestion card. Click it and the AI writes the fix using context from your page and the competitor's strengths.

The result appears inline with a before-and-after preview, character counts, and an ✅ Apply & Save button. Click apply and the fix writes directly to your page. No copy-paste, no extra steps.

The Fix with AI button costs 1 AI credit per fix. You only pay if you accept the result — generating and previewing the suggestion uses the credit, but you choose whether to apply it.

For H1, FAQ, and H2 suggestions, the analyzer shows Open in Page Builder to Apply → instead. These are larger content blocks the builder handles better. Click the link and you land in the right spot to make the edit yourself.

Can you find competitors automatically?

Yes. The Discovery step at the top of the analyzer asks for a city and a site type. The tool runs a live search and returns the top-ranking competitors for that niche in that market.

You pick one from the list and the analyzer pre-fills the URL. This saves you from hunting through Google manually. You can also paste your own URL if you already know who you want to study.

Discovery is useful when you're entering a new market or expanding to a new city. Run it once per city and you have a target list to work through.

How do you turn keyword gaps into blog posts?

Every analysis returns a list of keywords the competitor ranks for. Each one shows as a chip with a small 📝 icon. Click the icon and a new tab opens to Keyword Discovery with that keyword pre-filled.

From there you can promote it to a blog draft and the AI Blog Factory writes the post. You go from 'this competitor ranks for X' to 'I have a draft about X' in two clicks.

This loop is the real value. Find what they rank for, turn each into actionable suggestions, write the posts, and you start closing the keyword gap one article at a time. The keyword chip workflow costs 1 AI credit per generated post idea.

Competitor Analyzer FAQs

What does a competitor analysis cost?+
Each analysis costs 2 AI credits. Fix with AI costs 1 credit per applied fix. Creating a blog draft from a keyword chip costs 1 credit. Your monthly analysis limit depends on your plan — open the analyzer to see your current usage.
Which competitor URLs work?+
Any public real estate page. Homepages, city pages, listing pages, blog posts, and landing pages all work. The analyzer reads the rendered HTML, so pages behind a login or paywall return empty. Stick to pages a search engine can also see.
Do I have to pick one of my pages?+
No. You can analyze a competitor on its own to study what they do. But if you want fix suggestions tailored to your content, pick a matching page from the dropdown. The AI does a real estate website SEO audit on yours and writes fixes specific to it.
How accurate is the SEO score?+
The score reflects on-page SEO factors AI can read from the HTML — title quality, meta description, heading structure, content depth, keyword usage, and schema presence. It does not measure backlinks or domain authority. Use it as a directional signal, not an absolute ranking.
Can I save and revisit past analyses?+
Yes. Every analysis you run is saved to your account. Open the analyzer and click the Saved Scans tab to see them. Basic stores 10, Grow stores 30, and Pro stores unlimited. Saved scans help you spot when a competitor changes their page.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?+
The analyze button shows a lock icon and a link to upgrade. You can still view your saved scans and keep working on the fixes from previous reports. The limit resets at the start of each billing month.
Can I analyze competitors in other countries?+
Yes. The analyzer works on any English-language real estate page regardless of country. The Discovery search uses a real search engine, so it returns results based on the market you specify, not where you are located.
Why is Fix with AI only available for title and meta?+
Title and meta are short, structured fields with clear best practices, so AI can generate strong rewrites and apply them safely. H1, FAQ, and H2 changes touch larger blocks of content and benefit from the Page Builder's editing tools. We may extend Fix with AI to more elements over time.
